It's Work That Matters. Overview Purpose Statement/Position Summary: The Legal Counsel, Senior serves within the Office of the General Counsel of Children's Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA) and provides legal support to CHLA, in order to advance its mission with an overall objective of minimizing organizational liability.
Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience: 8+ years of legal experience in a nationally recognized large law firm or experience as an in-house counsel. General experience in healthcare law is strongly preferred.
Education/Licensure/Certification: Juris Doctorate degree. Excellent academic credentials.

Pay Scale Information USD $152,464.00 - USD $274,560.00

Final determination of a successful candidate's starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to education and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
