Senior Living Community Licensed Practical Nurse

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our senior living community.
The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have experience working with older adults facing dementia and other cognitive and physical challenges.
You will work closely with patients and their families, assessing needs, documenting care plans, and providing support with daily activities.

Responsibilities: Assessment and care planning for patients and families Communication with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals Assistance with daily living activities and hygiene tasks Preparation and administration of medications Use of equipment such as walkers, wheelchairs, and beds Qualifications: LPN or RN license required Minimum 1 year of experience in dementia care strongly desired Benefits: 401(k) with matching Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Opportunities for continuing education and referral bonuses Work Location: Hillsbrook Village, Suncook, NH 03275
