Senior Living Licensed Practical Nurse

Now hiring for all shifts with additional differentials for 2nd and 3rd shift as well as weekends!

We are seeking a compassionate Senior Living Licensed Practical Nurse to join our exceptional senior living community in Suncook, NH.
As part of our team, you will be providing care and support to our residents, including those needing memory care and assistance with daily living.

Work with patients and families to assess their needs and document care plans Provide assistance with activities of daily living and basic hygiene tasks Prepare medications under doctor's orders Assist patients using equipment such as walkers, wheelchairs, and beds Experience in dementia care is strongly desired and a valid LPN or RN license is required.
Relocation to Suncook, NH is necessary to join our team.
