As a key member of our team, you will support the USSF's Operational Test and Training Infrastructure (OTTI) Integrated Program Office (IPO)-a cornerstone of force readiness. The OTTI program is essential in developing, acquiring, and sustaining cutting-edge test and training capabilities to ensure the USSF remains mission-ready and operationally agile.

Skills / Experience Required 10+ years of proven, practical, and relevant DoD work experienceExtensive logistics and acquisition experience, particularly in Government property management, documentation, and reportingRelevant experience as a logistician or program manager of an equivalent effort, as well as expertise in supply chain management, operations analysis and support, logistics, maintenance, and financial managementDemonstrated skills to perform as the technical expert for issues relating to acquisition, asset tracking, and property management, to include property audits, internal and external reporting, and database managementWorking knowledge of advanced concepts, principles, and practices to manage a full range of integrated logistics support programsProven ability to provide technical inputs, analyze alternatives, and recommend logistics direction for acquisition and sustainment programsAbility to formulate and execute a systematic supply chain strategy and property management system, synchronize conflicting systems and processesExperience in developing, updating, and implementing a life cycle sustainment plan (LCSP)Experience performing or critically evaluating predictive analysis and/or modeling of material availability and reliability, operational availability, and operational and sustainment costsExperience performing cost analyses to validate the product support strategy and LCSP, including cost-benefit analyses as outlined in Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-94Experience reviewing and making recommendations on product support arrangements between the product support integrators and product support providers to ensure the arrangements are consistent with the overall product support strategy and help ensure efficient procurement, management, and allocation of inventoriesExperience in all phases of the DoD Acquisition process with working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition RegulationsProvide expert guidance and support in logistics, product support, and life-cycle sustainment to ensure optimal program performanceDevelop and deliver comprehensive reports, briefings, and audits to senior leadership and key stakeholders, effectively summarizing program status and addressing critical issuesAnalyze and evaluate complex logistics systems, assessing the impacts of interfacing systems and inputs/outputs, and recommend tailored solutions to address identified challengesProactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities across multiple programs, offering actionable insights to mitigate challenges and enhance operational efficiencyFull-time, on-site presence required, with potential travel up to 25% to support program needsEducation / Certifications Bachelor's Degree (required) in a related fieldMaster's Degree (preferred) in a related fieldRelevant work experience or training may be considered in lieu of a degreeBenefits Medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insuranceFlexible Spending Accounts401(k)PTOPaid Parental leaveTuition reimbursementPaid federal holidaysSecurity Clearance
