What you will do: As the Senior Logistics coordinator you will coordinate intercompany shipments from Stryker US facilities to Stryker international facilities.
Maintain direct contact with customers before and after the sale. Support sales team by developing and maintaining positive customer relations with clients/customers. Work with customers and/or distributors to receive accurate account of equipment failures and provides reports to management. Respond to customer inquiries to determine appropriate product literature and pricing schedules for both before and after the sale. Recommend price changes based on company/customer relationship. Resolve/Influence production scheduling and shipping or invoicing problems. Determine validity of warranty claims and schedules repair resources. Change production/shipping schedules and recognize add-on business opportunities. What you need: 5 years of experience required, including manufacturing, distribution, or logistics experience. High School Diploma or GED required. Associates Degree preferred. About Stryker Our benefits:
