We are seeking a Senior Logistics LCAC Technical Lead to join our team at our Washington, DC Navy Yard area customer office; this position will be going into the office 3-5 days per week. The ideal candidate will:
Provide recommendations on logistics processes and documentation to address immediate LCAC and shore base concerns and systemic supply, engineering, and infrastructure support issues.Provide LCAC technical expertise in the review of Technical Manuals (TM), Engineering Change Requests (ECR), Preliminary Engineering Change Proposals (PECP), ILS Checklists, the validation process, technical writing, and other intrinsic ILS support.Identify weaknesses and propose improvements in the supply infrastructure by supporting Battle Group and Amphibious Readiness Group (ARG) initiatives and identifying logistics impacts.Provide recommendations for approval of Allowance Change Requests (ACR). Landing Craft operational experience is preferred.Assist with Reliability, Maintainability, and Availability reporting.Perform Quality Checks of work products.Position Requirements Required Education, Skills, and Experience: Bachelor's Degree is preferred.15 years of relevant experience.Proficiency in the analytical review of technical data and knowledge of the Amphibious Warfare Program and its Participating Acquisition Resource Managers (PARM) is highly desirable.Attention to detail.Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.Must be a US Citizen.Position: Senior Logistics LCAC Technical Lead
