Senior Mainframe Developer (Cobol, Algol, Wfl, Unisys Mcp)

Greetings from Infinite Computer Solutions! We're hiring Sr Mainframe Developers for WI location! Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience. 7+ years of experience in COBOL , ALGOL , and WFL development in a mainframe environment. Expert knowledge of Unisys MCP , including system administration, job processing, and automation. Extensive experience in maintaining and enhancing COBOL and ALGOL legacy applications. Experience with batch processing , job scheduling , and workflow automation using WFL . Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in COBOL , ALGOL , and MCP systems. Ability to optimize and refactor legacy code for improved performance and scalability. Familiarity with mainframe performance tuning techniques and methodologies. Strong understanding of data migration and system integration for mainframe systems. Experience with modernization projects, such as moving legacy systems to newer technologies or integrating mainframes with modern systems. Familiarity with mainframe security and compliance standards . Knowledge of mainframe disaster recovery procedures and practices. Experience with Unisys MCP upgrade or migration projects.
