These duties are carried out with little supervision and involve making decisions relating to them.The basic goal of planning and scheduling is avoiding delay. The role of the Maintenance Planner is to improve work force productivity and work quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning and coordination of labor, parts and material, and equipment access.**Duties**:- General administration of the CMMS.- Responsible to implement the preventive maintenance program. system focused to minimize the down time in the equipment.- Implementation of new preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance routines according to post failure analysis, generates action plan including PM activities modififcations.- Generates a monthly PM program schedule for release to Planning & Production.- Understand the preventive maintenance jobs and supports corrective maintenance jobs in a variety of areas, including but not limited to: CNC Machines, PLC's, automated equipment, robotics and/or facilities-related activities such as Substations, HVAC, boilers, electrical, plumbing, other utilities, general facility maintenance and repair.- Performs follow-up to general repairs (electrical, mechanical, electronic, pneumatic).- Perform analysis of machinery refurbishment and revision of maximum and minimum spare parts in warehouse.- Administers company policies, work rules, and procedures and addresses issues.- Maintain and generates equipments records on the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).- If necessary, generate work orders for any maintenance request for the machinery, facilities or equipment and performs follow up in Mexico, USA or other countries.- Generate reports of equipment down, issues related to safety, machinery performance, static protection, and safety audits.- Generates Autonomous Maintenance formats and audits Production floor to assure Autonomous Maintenance is performed.- Development of new suppliers for spare parts.- Maintain confidentiality on sensitive information such as budget, performance reviews, wage reports and other human resource and accounting related matters.- Receive, sort and distribute incoming departmental mail, provide data entry support as needed, and fill job orders, work orders, credit memos.- Tracks status of capital requests and maintains capital request logs.**Education Degree**:- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering General or Engineering General**Required Experience**:- Demonstrated knowledge of a variety of the maintenance concepts, practices, and procedures, including mechanical, electrical, electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and programmable logic controls (PLC's), HVAC, boilers, plumbing
