Associate Director, Bancassurance Partnership ManagementThe Opportunity This position will be under the bancassurance team in supporting our bank partner in achieving sales targets and fulfilling all relevant group/local risk & control frameworks and regulatory requirements. Involves planning and execution of client-centric process improvement, implementation of bancassurance initiatives, and accelerating process excellence through digitalization/automated processes. Applicants should have relevant experience in bancassurance and be fluent in both Chinese and English.

You obsess about customers, listen, engage, and act for their benefit.You think big, with curiosity to discover ways to use your agile mindset and enable business outcomes.You thrive in teams and enjoy getting things done together.You take ownership and build solutions, focusing on what matters.You do what is right, work with integrity, and speak up.You share your humanity, helping us build a diverse and inclusive work environment for everyone.We are looking for someone with: Qualifications: University graduate, preferably in a business-related discipline.At least 10 years of working experience in relevant fields, preferably in the insurance/banking/financial services sector.Experience in planning and execution of sales processes and digital initiatives in bancassurance is a definite advantage.Knowledge/Skills: Good knowledge of bancassurance operations and insurance products.Good team player, willing to accept challenges and work under tight timelines.Good analytical and numeric skills and strong business sense.Good interpersonal & presentation skills.Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.On the job you will: Ensure full compliance and execution of bancassurance processes to meet internal requirements and local regulatory requirements (e.g. IA, HKMA).Ensure proper functioning of day-to-day process controls, monitoring of processes, sales compliance, as well as timely identification and resolution of deficiencies in processes and mitigate risks.Streamline the sales process and use technology to facilitate a better client journey and enhance sales productivity.Work closely with key stakeholders and support functions to formulate, implement, and enhance the product/process.Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders for the delivery of bancassurance e-submission platforms.Support the delivery of ad-hoc assignments or projects.What can we offer you?
