\n What you'll do:Develop comprehensive account plans that address client needs and align with their strategic goals, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and retention.Act as the primary advocate for clients within the agency, ensuring their goals are prioritized in strategic discussions and decision-making processes.Partner with pod leadership on providing timely feedback, coaching, and evaluation of team members' goals and tasks, conducting weekly 1:1 meetings to offer ongoing support, and ensuring adherence to scorecard tasks.Utilize a deep understanding of the clients' business, industry trends, and KPIs to offer strategic guidance and impactful solutions.Champion innovative thinking within the team, inspiring the development of leading-edge solutions that drive client success and potentially win awards.Equip clients with the knowledge and confidence to speak about strategic directions and decisions, reinforcing their trust in our expertise.Maintain and apply an in-depth knowledge of market developments, emerging trends, and best practices of the client's business, and the industry overall, to enhance client strategies and recommendationsLeverage strong knowledge of multiple digital channels (SEM, SEO, CRO, Social, Shopping, Display, etc.) to develop strategic plans, clearly tying channel recommendations to the client's business goals What we're looking for:5-7 years of experience in Client Delivery roles with a proven track record of executing successfulExpertise in multiple digital platforms and how they work together. Google Analytics. Project Management tools. Research tools such as: Pathmatics, SimilarWeb, Kantar/Vivvix, Resonate, Commspoint.Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisionsAdvanced computer skills including Google Suite, Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
