Skylight is seeking a Sr.
Manager of CRM to lead and optimize our retention and lifecycle marketing strategies.
This role will be responsible for maximizing revenue and retention by optimizing key touch points across email, SMS, lightboxes, logged in accounts, post-purchase, loyalty, referral, direct mail, app, and more.

Our team is dynamic, data-driven, and constantly experimenting with new strategies to understand what truly resonates with our customers.
We are looking for someone who can take our CRM efforts to the next level, ensuring that Skylight continues to grow its passionate and loyal customer base.

Who You Are:
You are an experienced digital and eCommerce expert who has managed the CRM function at a fast-growing consumer business.
You know the latest and greatest email and SMS tactics to drive lead gen, lead conversion, and increased repeat rates.
You are skeptical of standard reporting techniques and work with data teams to triangulate the incremental impact of your channel level executions.
You're comfortable working cross-functionally to develop best in class programs.
You have the ability to work autonomously, proactively identifying test opportunities and making data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities:
Own all CRM channels, including email and SMS (Klaviyo and Attentive), reviews (Yotpo), referrals (ReferralCandy), and list growth – leading the execution of experiments and leveraging data to drive sales and conversion across our products.
In partnership with the Director of Growth and GTM team, build and launch CRM campaigns and flows (i.e.
cart abandonment, post purchase, product launches, sales).
Collaborate with key partners (i.e.
creative) and agencies that support CRM programs, ensuring alignment and maximizing program effectiveness. Work cross functionally with product teams to enable upsell and downstream campaigns for our subscription offering. Increase repeat purchase rate and hardware upsell conversion with segmented campaigns and flows.
Strategically message new products to relevant customer segments to maximize upsell and LTV. Requirements 4+ years of experience in email / lifecycle marketing or related roles Experience working across channels and tactics to drive first time purchases  Strong experience in launching and scaling new retention channels, with a thorough understanding of associated measurement methodologies and performance metrics Proficient in advanced marketing analytics, comfortable with ingesting multiple inputs to triangulate performance and assess channel impact Experience with incrementality testing to gauge causal impact of various marketing efforts Expert using Klaviyo Experience using Attentive, Postscript, OneSignal and Shopify ecosystem + apps Nice to haves: Experience in DTC and eCommerce Experience with SQL and other internal reporting tools  Experience with HTML Benefits Our competitive compensation package includes: Competitive Salary + Equity Package 401K matching Wellness, learning, and home-office budgets Health, Dental & Vision Medical Plans Tremendous autonomy to set the direction of your work Unlimited PTO Company holidays on the first Friday of every month (Except November & December) Equal opportunity employer Skylight is committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.

For Colorado-based candidates, the range being offered for this role is $120-160K based on experience and for California-based candidates, the range being offered for this role is $120-160K based on experience.
