Enterprise Data Governance & Platforms (EDGP) is part of the larger Enterprise Digital and Data Solutions (EDDS) organization. EDGP improves the customer experience and drives business growth through robust enterprise-wide data policies and governance and enabling a data-driven culture, while developing digital and data platforms that provide insightful customer relationships and allow users to leverage enterprise-wide data capabilities.
Primary Responsibilities:
Creating and executing a robust prioritization methodology/framework that drives the scope for the initiative to bring data under governance or enhances existing data governance processes
Collaborating with various Business Unit Data Management teams to assess, analyze, prioritize and align on the data readiness to bring under governance, or enhance existing data governance processes
Driving detailed and complex plans and generating a well-defined roadmap detailing data to bring under governance
Establishing KPIs and insights that report and track progress of data under governance management implementation
Measuring the outcome of Enterprise Data Governance and associated implementations including cost avoidance/reductions, revenue opportunities, platform/product efficiencies
Qualification Requirements:
Experience in program management and roadmap development with strong organizational skills to be able to track important details across a cross-functional organization
Understanding of Data Governance concepts, drivers, and industry expectations (e.g., BCBS 239, GDPR / CCPA)
Understanding of enterprise risk / control frameworks and risk management concepts
Exposure to one or more financial services business units and awareness of data required for critical business processes
Ability to partner and influence across multiple teams, functional areas and levels of leadership to drive results
Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and encourage partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.
High degree of organization, individual initiative and personal accountability and resiliency; and
Proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment often with ambiguity and the need to make decisions with less than perfect information.
Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
