Affirm is looking for a Senior Manager of GTM Programs with a mix of strong business acumen and a problem-solving mindset. In this role, you will be responsible for scoping & leading end-to-end a dynamic, cross-functional project team focused on delivering a complex, business-critical project supporting our contract data repository needed to drive business-critical use cases. This project has high visibility and impact to cross-functional partners and senior leadership.

We are looking for someone with strong project management skills and proved experience overseeing the evaluation and build-out of business systems related to contract data, merging data from contract lifecycle management tooling with various data sources for broader business use case applicability.

What You'll Do

Role will sit within our Revenue team, under Revenue Strategy & Planning. The ideal candidate will have a mix of strong business acumen and a problem-solving mindset.

This role will be responsible for scoping requirements, seeking alignment, & leading a variety of projects end-to-end in support of GTM efforts. This role will work with a dynamic, cross-functional project team and is responsible for delivering on complex projects with high impact to the business and high visibility to cross-functional partners and senior leadership. The first of these projects will involve project managing the buildout of a contract data repository needed to drive business-critical use cases.

Key capabilities include proven experience planning & overseeing projects to operationalize key company priorities requiring XFN collaboration and a deep understanding of Business & Data Systems.

Responsibilities include:

Scoping & project managing requirements for delivering on GTM Programs, operating at the intersection of go-to-market needs, business systems, and scaled data solutions. This would include the assessment of best-fit solutions to meet the needs of the business and overseeing the development, improvement, and ongoing reporting and maintenance of solutions to deliver on key company priorities.

Partner a wide variety of stakeholders, including technical managers, attorneys, business systems, data partners, and other cross-functional stakeholders to scope & deliver the solution, including, developing, refining & overseeing execution of project plan.

Work with cross-functional business teams and partners to understand business needs and translate and align those needs into key performance indicators and reporting dashboards.

Liaise across cross-functional stakeholders to identify and share context relevant to the work of respective teams.

Provide status updates and identify blockers / brainstorm resolutions; report progress to working group & senior leadership stakeholders

Act as point-person for the initiatives, for instance - with members of Legal and Revenue on the new contract data repository process.

Develop operational metrics, processes, and policies to support scaled maintenance & access of the data, required to drive our business operations.

What We Look For:

Prior experience scoping requirements and managing the rollout of new go-to-market initiatives involving highly cross-functional elements.

Effective project management & business operations skills

Understanding of Business Systems tooling (e.g. CRM)

Guiding strategic decisions and facilitating working group sessions

Ability to communicate effectively and serve as a connective bridge with cross-functional partners such as business, legal, product, and engineering stakeholders and leaders.

Problem solving skills and connecting concepts across disciplines

Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range. Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills.

Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents.)

USA base pay range (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT) per year: $190,000 - $240,000

USA base pay range (all other U.S. states) per year: $169,000 - $219,000
