How You'll Make a Difference As the Senior Manager, HEOR & RWE, you are responsible for generating evidence to demonstrate the value of anitocabtagene autoleucel (anito-cel), our lead CAR T-cell therapy candidate for the treatment of patients with relapsed refractory multiple Your work in this role will help advance our therapy to market and ensure anito-cel is delivered to multiple myeloma patients in need of more options in their treatment journey.
The "Fine Print" – What You'll Do Conduct or support HEOR/RWE initiatives to support and strengthen unmet need or product value demonstration for late pipeline programs, as well as strategic decision making for early clinical development programs. Provide fit-for-purpose HEOR input for clinical trial design, ensuring ability to meet regulatory requirements, address patient priorities, and optimize access opportunities. Apply technical training and experience to plan, execute, and interpret research and data collection activities. Engage with internal and external experts and data resources to execute strategies and research activities led by HEOR/RWE. Implement impactful research dissemination activities to inform internal decision-making and appropriately contribute to external scientific knowledge and literature. Actively participate in cross-functional teams as subject matter expert for tactical discussions and proactively escalate challenges. Monitor scientific, regulatory, reimbursement and access trends. Skills and Experience We Look For PhD in Epidemiology, Economics, Econometrics, Health Services Research or related field; or PharmD with completion of 2-year postdoctoral fellowship in outcomes research or related field. Minimum of 2 years of relevant full-time experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related industry. Prior oncology experience a plus. Experience and/or substantial training in the scientific fundamentals of one or more of the core HEOR/RWE specialties. Track record of performing HEOR or RWE projects from inception through publication and application with minimal oversight. Fundamental knowledge of the US regulatory and PR&A landscape, as well as understanding of other development-related functions as they relate to all phases of drug development. Strong capabilities to perform the dual roles of working within a cross functional environment and leading independent scientific research. The base salary range for this position is $185,000 - $195,000 per year. Where a candidate falls within that range is determined by factors such as years of experience. Our compensation package also includes an annual bonus based on company goals and an equity (RSU) grant. We do offer relocation assistance for roles if required.
