As Ops Manager of HBM Engineering, you are responsible to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the organization. The two primary goals are to free up engineering teams and management to focus on delivering their technical product related goals and to help ensure effective metrics are defined and tracked to achieve a BIC development model for HBM technology. There will be directed work, but this position requires self-direction and guidance to the team on how to become operationally efficient and dependable to internal and external customers. You will also be expected to provide strategic input as part of the HBM Engineering Leadership Team. Depending upon the workload this may require supervision of one or more TMs.
This role has been expanded to help drive roadmap and schedule for PDTLs.
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage HIG Staff operation needs
Definition and tracking of operational metrics
HIG support to the TPG business plan
Program needs driven by roadmap improvements for Headcount, budget and Opex
Manage executive level presentations ensuring they meet the objectives and communicate optimally
Facilitate meetings that have been formed to accelerate addressing of key development needs.
