Creates strategies to meet sosteinable and meassurables progress.Ensures that plant is in compliance with standards such as SOX, OEA and C-TPAT on Inbound process.Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts and analysis; reconciling with data storage system.**Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)**:- Ensure Quality, Quantity, customer satisfaction, and financial commitments on Inbound Process.- Ensure OEA, C-TPAT and Sox Compliance on Inbound Process. Identifying ideal shipping techniques, routing, and local carriers(Shipping & Receiving).- Identify ideal shipping techniques, routing, and local carriers(Shipping & Receiving).- Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts and analysis; reconciling with data storage system.- Perform metrics reporting and data analysis tasks to identify issues and opportunities on Inbound and Inventory flows.- Forklift Rental, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance.**Skills and Minimum Experience Required**:- 3 To 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing Industry- English: Advanced Level- Bachelor's Degree or EquivalentWe value diversity and are an equal opportunity organization.
