Our client is a PE-Backed, $500M+ entertainment / technology company that is seeking a Senior Manager of M&A to join their team and oversee all strategic corporate development initiatives and the M&A diligence cycle. Comp: $150k - $160k + 20-30% bonus + equity Hybrid working model : 2 days in office Note – you must submit a resume to be considered Responsibilities: Participate in high level strategic conversations related to all parts of M&A lifecycle and corporate financial strategy Financial Analysis & Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate acquisition opportunities, including discounted cash flow (DCF), accretion/dilution analysis, and scenario modeling. Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior leadership. Due Diligence: Lead the financial due diligence process for potential acquisitions, working closely with internal and external teams to identify financial risks, opportunities, and key performance drivers.
