Job Description: The Mobility Program Support Manager will support Walmart's active transportation goals by providing on-site associate support services at the Walmart Move Hub located at the Home Office in Bentonville, Arkansas.

Ride to Work Wednesdays (RTWW) Support RTWW participation Ride To Work Wednesday is a program launched at Walmart to encourage alternate commuting as a company on each & every Wednesday of the year. Employee is expected to meet at designated ride in areas, wearing the RTWW gear Walmart is promoting, building camaraderie and showing alternate commuting as an example to others. Any exception needs to be sent in an email, text, or call to both Ashley Patterson and Kourtney Barrett. Start at specified location, ride others in, meet at designated event, build community & celebrate with others riding in, ride to Move Hub (a member of the WM team must be back at Hub to open the shop at 8am sharp)Ride to work on alt. mobility equipment every Wednesday, weather permitting. Wear RTWW gear on Wednesday, participate in the program fully Encourage others to participateDocument the ride on Strava to show participation Mobility Device Support Services Assist Senior Bike Mechanic with preparing bikes and other mobility devicesAssist Senior Bike Mechanic with duties within capabilities Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Document and report regularly with accurate KPIs Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.Proven experience in programming related to bicycles.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
