The Role

CoStar is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager of Operations to oversee and optimize the operational processes supporting our residential photographers who capture media for Homes.com. This is a key leadership role responsible for coordinating the timely and accurate delivery of high-quality Matterport 3D virtual tours and floorplans, for Homes.com member agents.

The Senior Manager will manage a team responsible for coordinating the workflow and assignments for our photographers and member agents, ensuring smooth operations across all stages of the photography process. The ideal candidate will bring a strong operational mindset, an ability to lead and inspire teams, and a commitment to achieving measurable results in a fast-paced environment. This role is based out of our Richmond, VA office.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of managers and individual contributors with a strong operational mindset to ensure individual metrics and quality standards are being met.
Collaborate with our nationwide photography team to ensure alignment between operations and overall production goals.
Develop and maintain client relationships focused on retention
Provide guidance and direction on day-to-day operations, while fostering a collaborative and positive team culture.
Continuously evaluate and optimize workflows, tools, and processes to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
Drive results to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational efficiency and ensure continuous improvement.
Ensure operational metrics are being met by teams and provide feedback to the team.
Participate in on-boarding and training programs that focus on driving integration of new team members and the on-going development of associates and managers.
Work closely with member agents to support client retention efforts by ensuring timely, high-quality media delivery and superior customer service.
Identify operational challenges and provide on-going and real time feedback to managers and team members.
Focus on continuous improvement of workflows and processes to drive optimization and innovation.
Collaborate with Photography, Member Services, Sales, and Product to deliver the most accurate data possible on behalf of our customers.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree required from an accredited, not for profit University or College
A track record of commitment to prior employers
3-5 years of people management experience, with a focus on providing feedback and holding teams accountable to results
A strong customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and present to senior leadership.
Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to drive decision-making and process improvement.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining a high standard of quality.
Experience in CRM software and contact center platforms preferred
Must be able to satisfy the requirements to rent and operate a rental vehicle in all US states for the purpose of performing job assignments for the company.
