As our Senior People Operations Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of our People Operations, focused on ensuring a great employee experience, with an eye for the details. Key areas of responsibility include: payroll, benefits and 401k administration, HRIS data integrity, and compliance, working alongside our broader HR team. This role is expected to drive automation and streamline processes to enhance efficiency within the HR function. \n ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement policies, processes, systems, and programs to deliver a best-in-class employee experienceOversee the administration of critical HR operations and processes including payroll, benefits, leaves of absence, compliance and HRISOversee all aspects of employee benefit programs, including annual plan renewal. Partner with leadership to evaluate benefit offerings and manage benefits costsManage People Operations workflows, documentation, data, and toolsHelp implement and maintain our new HRIS system (Workday), with a focus on data integrity, workflow maintenance and integrationsEnsure responsive HR service delivery and issue resolution for employeesBuild trusted relationships with leaders by providing data and insights to support high-impact teamsManage HR operations team of ~2 Requirements7+ years of progressive experience within HR and 3-5 years of experience in core people operations functions (e.g. payroll, benefits, HRIS). \nThe base salary range for this position is $140,000 to $175,000 in the location(s) of this posting. Individual salaries are determined through a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. Base salary does not include other forms of total compensation such as bonus compensation and other benefits. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and AD&D insurance, 20 days of paid time off, 9 sick days, and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
