Transformation, Enterprise Process Re-Engineering is a global team working together to deliver a competitive advantage through operational excellence. We enable the transformation of the enterprise by partnering with Business Units and Functions on lean/Ford OS deployment through value creation, improved experience, digital transformation, and smart End-to-End process design. We are also the CoE for lean/process improvement and problem solving. This creates a natural network of global and cross-functional matched pairs that are accelerating transformation and installing lean enterprise-wide. We utilize our process improvement capabilities and technology to modernize our support to the enterprise to be more efficient and deliver higher-value globally.
What you'll do...
Partner with business units and functions to accelerate development of operational excellence opportunities and delivery of quality and efficiency projects through sustained process improvement and digital transformation.
Install lean and problem solving excellence enterprise-wide through effective coaching
Deliver ongoing value to the business plan through developing strong business cases and portfolio lifecycle management
You'll have...
Proven change agent and certified 6-Sigma Master Black Belt (MBB) with demonstrated process strategy and improvement expertise leveraging metrics / data to measure opportunities and validate success.
Expertise in coaching and applying problem solving and process improvement methods and tools (PDCA, VSM, Process Map, KPIs, Gemba, Process Mining)
Cross-functional experience and exposure to enterprise-wide improvement project(s)
Ability to manage and deliver a project portfolio lifecycle
Proficient in executive communication and presentation creation
Understand and operate effectively in a global and cross-functional network, wearing the enterprise hat at all times
Extensive business acumen and coaching abilities especially at the senior levels
Strong facilitation skills
Apply analytical skills to create and validate compelling and persuasive business cases
Partner with others and foster teamwork, with a "can do" positive attitude and self-motivation
Manage multiple priorities while working collaboratively
Results driven and detail oriented
