DAFgiving360™ is an independent nonprofit organization created to increase charitable giving in the U.S.
We offer a donor-advised fund program and related philanthropic tools and guidance that empower
donors to incorporate charitable planning into their everyday lives and make a bigger difference in the
world.
Since our founding in 1999 as an 501(c)(3) public charity, DAFgiving360 donors have
recommended more than $35 billion in grants to more than 255,000 charities.
DAFgiving360 has entered into a services agreement with Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. for administrative
and other services, including human resources.
This position will be an employee of Charles Schwab &
Co., Inc. and will be subject to its policies and procedures but will report to and be accountable to
DAFgiving360 for day-to-day activities.
The Product Manager for advisor services will support the advisor product segment with emphasis on
Schwab core systems & trading platforms.
The role is essential in synthesizing the advisor insights and
crafting a strategic product roadmap and modernization strategy.
The PM will collaborate closely with
internal teams and partners at Schwab to drive improvement on charitable' s advisor offers and aligning
to key org OKRs such as:
Optimizing the Advisor Client Experience
Leveraging deep insights gathered from advisor interactions, as well as research from various advisor experience listening posts to create greater engagement with advisor specific tools, systems and platforms leading to increased advisor satisfaction
Identifying opportunities and curating roadmaps to improve advisor efficiency while servicing donors; from onboarding new accounts to facilitating contributions, managing investments, and making grants
Managing Risk and Reputation
Ensuring compliance and protecting relationships between an RIA and DAFgiving360 through enforcement measures that strengthen compliance and safeguard reputation by preventing undesired activities and leveraging automation where possible.
What you have
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g.
business, computer science)
SAFE Agile Certified PO/PM or SAFE Certified Agilist
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in relevant field
Agile mindset and ability to lead group of cross-functional teams and drive success through iterations
Strong Analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines
Strong understanding of the Registered Investment Advisor business model
Ability to conduct market research, gather client feedback, analyze industry trends, and gather user feedback to inform product strategy and roadmap
Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams, including program managers, developers, UX designers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and prioritize features
Ability to develop and execute effective product launch plans, including go-to market strategies, change management plan, documentation, and training materials
Experience monitoring product performance, tracking key metrics, and continuously identifying opportunities for improvement
Complete understanding of SAFE framework and PI planning process
Informed about regulations and compliance requirements pertaining to grant management
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners and stakeholders in grants and client experience ecosystem

CO Salary Range: USD $101,000 - $224,400 / Year
