The Prime Video Personalization & Discovery team is seeking a Principal Product Manager Tech to help deliver superior experiences to Prime Video customers worldwide.
You will own a substantial portion of the product strategy and vision, and develop product roadmaps to execute on that vision.
This role is inherently cross-functional; you will work closely with engineering, project management, design, operations, finance, legal, business development, customer service, content acquisition, and executive teams to optimize the Prime Video Personalization & Discovery customer experience.
We are looking for an analytical, data-driven, resourceful, customer-focused individual who also has the ability to work independently but excels as part of a high-performing team.
This individual will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while keeping customers' best interest in mind at all times.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS6+ years of team management experience2+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience8+ years of technical product or program management experienceBachelor's degreeExperience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a productExperience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definitionExperience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a productPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience delivering consumer software products and services in a high growth environment.
