Job Overview We are currently seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, and experienced individual for the position of Sr.
Manager, Revenue Accounting.
The individual will play a key role in the record to report process for product revenue accounting, including maintenance of the GTN system (Anaplan), preparation of key accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, reporting at period-end and working with internal and external auditors.

Job Duties and Responsibilities Assist in the implementation of Anaplan (GTN revenue system) for certain products.

Assist with the maintenance and tie-out of the Anaplan system weekly and at period end financial closes for all products.

Play a key role in estimating and assuming ownership over certain revenue discounts (GTN) by product at quarter-end.

Calculate, record and report prior period adjustments for selected products at quarter-end.
Evaluate and adjust policy as required, working with the Sr. Director, Revenue Accounting.

Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for selected GTN liabilities at period-end.

Key contributor in external and internal audit meetings and for deliverables.

Participate and play key role (with revenue accounting team) in strategic discussions surrounding the revenue accounting function (systems, process, SOP's, SOX controls, etc.
).

Assist Sr. Director, Revenue Accounting with reviewing customer contracts for revenue recognition with regards to IFRS 15.

Assist in maintaining contract databases for customers.

Play a key role in the quarter GTN pre-quarter close meeting (deriving selected estimates, performing variance analysis, providing commentary and presenting those respective areas in the meeting with management).

Participate in forecasting and budget meetings with FPA and Market Access as requested.

Assist in preparing period-end revenue accounting reporting (data and commentary).

Education and Experience BS/BA in Accounting or Finance or related.

Minimum 8-12 (w/o Master's) or 6-8 years (with Masters) years of relevant experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry.

Experience working with ASC 606 and/or IFRS 15 in a biotech or pharmaceutical industry environment.

Strong experience working with Excel.

Experience working in a top tier ERP system (SAP or Oracle).

The base salary range for this role is $127,600 to $159,500.
Base salary is part of our total rewards package which also includes the opportunity for merit-based salary increases, short incentive plan participation, eligibility for our 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances and leaves provided in line with your work state.
Our robust time-off policy includes unlimited paid time off, 11 paid holidays plus additional time off for a shut-down period during the last week of December, 80 hours of paid sick time upon hire and each year thereafter.
Total compensation, including base salary to be offered, will depend on elements unique to each candidate, including candidate experience, skills, education and other factors permitted by law.
