ResponsibilitiesLead and coach a team of successful Enterprise and National Account sales repsEffectively lead your Enterprise Sales Team to success hitting monthly, quarterly and annual sales goalsEngage your team with daily huddles, interactive meetings and fun challengesManage activity and pipeline in Salesforce CRM to exceed your goalsDevelop, motivate and retain top performersCreate and train sales process best practicesQualifications8+ years of experience and success selling at the Enterprise level to Fortune 500 accounts in the HR/Recruiting Software space5+ years of people management experience, leading a team of enterprise sellers preferredPrevious experience in SaaS, advertising, and HR Tech highly preferredConsistently meet or exceed team targets and have the data to prove itDemonstrated ability to command the board roomHave weathered and love an early startup environmentProven track record to drive the sales process from plan to closeExcellent listening, negotiation and presentation skillsCompensation and BenefitsBase Salary Range*: $128,800 - $161,000 (OTE: $214,600 - $268,300)
Commissions are uncapped.
*Glassdoor base salaries are targeted to the market 75th percentile for technical roles and the 65th percentile for non-technical roles.
In other words, 65-75% of comparable organizations in our industry will pay less. Perks for Full-Time U.S. Employees: Generous Restricted Stock Units (RSU): Awarded at hire and may be refreshed annually.
