The Clinical Digital Assistant (CDA) team is at the forefront, developing a next-generation platform that integrates generative AI technologies, OCI's cloud-native AI/ML capabilities, and robust data infrastructure.
With features like conversational search, voice-assisted applications, summarization, semantic search, and RAG, this platform is revolutionizing healthcare applications and enhancing experiences for patients and clinicians alike.
You will lead a talented group of engineers and help drive the team's vision of transforming healthcare through innovation and technology.

Responsibilities
Work with product teams and users of the platform to identify new functionality and enhancements
Work with product and upstream partner teams to coordinate long-term planning and prioritization.
Monitor and manage engineering deliverables.
Recruit/build an impactful, innovative and energetic team
Foster team collaboration and communication, both within the team and with other teams.

Qualifications:
5+ years experience managing a product engineering team of 8+ people
Strong background in data engineering, distributed systems and cloud native deployments
Experience with search technologies, Vector Stores, RAG based architectures and Generative AI (LLMs) desirable
Leadership, mentorship and raising the talent bar across the organization
Experience with Relational and NoSQL databases
Experience applying, measuring, and improving agile engineering processes

US: Hiring Range: from $84,700 to $251,600 per annum.
May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.

For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.
Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week.
Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
