GCS provides a suite of payment and lending products, solutions for travel and everyday business spending, cross border payments, global currency solutions, and business financing. GCS Strategy, M&A, and Alliances (SMA) team plays an integral role in defining, developing, and leading new strategies, inorganic growth (M&A), partnership (Alliances) opportunities, as well as leading the Annual Investment Planning, Opex, Strategic Engagement Team to accelerate our overall 3-year strategy and vision.GCS is looking for a hard-workingSenior Manager, Strategic Planningto lead the execution of the Investment Planning Processes. Reporting to the Director, Strategic Investments, they will work cross-functionally to deliver the Annual Strategic Investment Plan and ensure thatGCS remains on track to achieve shareholder and customer objectives.The Strategic Investments function sits within the broader Strategy, M&A, and Alliances team and is responsible for ensuring the optimal allocation of Technology Investments to drive long-term strategic and financial success for GCS.The ideal candidate will bring structured strategic & financial planning, program management, strong communication skills and have an ability to take initiative and establish relationships in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Define, execute and evolve the GCS Investment Planning processesCollaborate with Finance and Technology stakeholders to ensure GCS Technology resourcing is optimized for customer and shareholder successEstablish reporting suites to improve transparency into technology allocations and inform leadership decisions  Present and align on process improvements to senior leadersSupport team leadership in developing materials and executive presentationsMinimum Qualifications:Strong analytical and strategic skills, with proven ability to synthesize complex inputs into clear recommendations (issue identification, problem structuring, analysis, development of actionable recommendations)Background in managing large scale technology, strategy, product or finance programsOutstanding communication skills – both written and verbal – with comfort presenting to audiences of all levelsExperience leading multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced and matrixed environmentSelf-starter with initiative, drive, and attention to detailHigh proficiency in PowerPoint and ExcelExperience in Banking, Payments or Technology Investment planningBachelor's Degree required Preferred Qualifications:Prior management consulting, program or product management, finance and/or corporate strategy experience preferredMBA or equivalent experience preferredSalary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
