An Extraordinary Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition professional to join our team.
In this pivotal role, you will manage the recruitment process while promoting our culture and values to candidates.
You'll partner with executives to align talent acquisition with business objectives, ensuring that we continue to grow and succeed by attracting the best talent.
Who You Are You are passionate about creating a positive candidate experience.You excel at connecting with others and showcasing your networking skills.You are creative, adaptable, and skilled at collaborating with executives.You ensure recruitment processes are efficient, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.You are data-driven and use recruitment metrics to assess performance and improve results.You take pride in creating programs that foster internal mobility and employee development.You stay up to date with industry trends and bring innovative ideas to your talent strategy.You are committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in the hiring process.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (preferred).At least 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.Experienced in recruiting for professional positions is required.Experienced in recruiting for technical and sales positions is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.You'll Thrive at Tential with .
