Key Responsibilities Stakeholder & Leadership Partnership: Work closely with department heads and senior leadership to understand talent needs and develop effective hiring strategies for senior and critical roles.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of TA professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring alignment with our organizational goals.
Talent Exploration: Ability to scout for senior-level roles around non-tech skills with solid industry mapping experience. Partner closely with the Business Leader to execute the searches.
End-to-End Senior-Level Recruitment: Own the recruitment process for senior-level roles, ensuring a high standard of candidate experience and meeting quality and time-to-hire targets.
Process Optimization: Drive TA process improvements to enhance efficiency, consistency, and scalability; continually seek opportunities to streamline and innovate.
Data & Metrics-Driven Approach: Develop, monitor, and leverage TA metrics and KPIs to make informed decisions, optimize recruitment strategies, and showcase impact.
Employer Branding: Contribute to our employer branding efforts by representing the company at industry events, career fairs, and on social media platforms.
Qualifications Experience: 10+ years in managing non-tech functions, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity within a B2C/Tech first company.
Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and department heads to align on hiring needs and timelines.
Team Leadership: Experience managing and developing TA teams, driving accountability and performance.
Process & Metrics Orientation: Strong skills in process improvement and data metrics; ability to leverage data for decision-making and process enhancements.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
