Our Headquarters and Technology Center for Autoimmunity Diagnostics is based in San Diego, CA. Additionally, our Technology Center for Hemostasis and Blood Gas Reagents is in Orangeburg, NY, and our Technology Center for Whole Blood Hemostasis is in San Diego, CA.
Job Summary Job
This individual will lead NoA field communication to service, applications, and sales, driving a consistent, uniform, and innovative approach to our field-based messaging. The incumbent will also be the NoA Marketing liaison to the World Wide Communications teams in Bedford, MA, and San Diego, CA. They will lead the cross-functional planning and successful execution of internal and external events for NoA Commercial Operations. This will include ownership of planning the annual National Meeting and setting the NoA strategy for national and regional events (e.g., ADLM, ACEP) in collaboration with the Worldwide Communications team. Responsible for direct communication with NoA Marketing, Sales, Applications and Service leadership, and Worldwide Communications.
Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities
Lead all field-based communications for NoA Commercial Operations by creating formal processes, templates, channels (SMS, email, TEAMS calls, etc.), cadence, and sequencing for planned and ad hoc messaging. This will include messaging for items such as the launch of new promotional materials or events and field actions/recalls.
Partner with sales, service, applications, and marketing leaders to plan field communication calendar on a quarterly basis.
Act as the NoA Marketing liaison to the Worldwide Communications Team to facilitate the design and execution of key marketing tactics (launch campaigns, selling tools, etc.) to support strategies across the business units.
Locate the site and contract with the hotel for the annual National Meeting. Act as a single point of contact to interface with the hotel during both planning and onsite meeting
Own process for National Meeting agenda creation across all functions, working in partnership with Commercial Operations Directors and populating the Whova app with content
Represent NoA Commercial to interface with WW Communications in planning ADLM so that we have a robust, multichannel strategy before, during, and after the meeting to create awareness and leads for Werfen across all BUs
Partner with WW Comms to represent NoA for regional tradeshows across Bus
Other duties as required.
Networking/Key relationships
Must be able to interface on a regular basis with assigned client groups as well as other functions across the organization as needed.
Qualifications

Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Marketing or a related discipline required
Minimum of 8 years' experience in the health care industry or regulated industry required.
Minimum of 3-5 years in Communications role experience required.
Minimum of 3-5 years in Events Planning role preferred
Management has the discretion of substituting relevant work experience for a degree and/or making exceptions to the requirements for years of experience.
