About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our Mobile Banking vertical. In this pivotal role, you'll own and drive key initiatives deriving actionable insights to shape business decisions. The role is perfect for those who are self-motivated and excel in an agile environment. You'll be responsible for leading and collaborating with marketers, product managers, engineers, and key partners to deliver impactful, measurable outcomes.

Please note that this is a hybrid role based in our downtown San Francisco office, with onsite work on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

What You'll Do:

Collect, analyze, and interpret complex consumer and transactional datasets from various sources to derive insights to shape marketing decisions and product feature development
Develop reports and visualizations to communicate strategic opportunities and trade-off options to stakeholders in evaluating channel efficiency and program effectiveness
Be the expert and owner of Mobile Banking funnel data, establish measurement framework for product A/B testings and feature rollouts/initiatives.
Examine consumer behavior, develop LTV framework and leverage insights to come up with recommendations for growth in user utilization and engagement.
Develop trusted internal and external partnerships, especially with Marketing and Product and key third-party partners, to effectively utilize their input to inform analytics roadmap.
What We Look For:

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field like Mathematics, Data Science, Statistics, or Engineer and 5+ years of product analytics or marketing analytics experience in tech or fintech industry preferred.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to structure problems into an analytics plan. Track record of using data and insights to drive change and implement new initiatives. Experience with synthesizing large scale data sets to generate insights and recommendations.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to clearly articulate insights to a wide range of audiences and business partners.
Marketing Domain Knowledge: Knowledge of cross-channel marketing and experience evolving analytics and measurement capabilities.
Technical Skills: Expertise in A/B testing, highly proficient in SQL, Python, Excel and Tableau.
Demonstrated leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently, ensuring alignment and effectively resolving conflicts across organizational stakeholders.

The compensation range of this position in San Francisco, CA is USD $120,000 - $140,000 annually plus equity and benefits. Within this range, an individual's base pay will be dependent on a variety of factors, including without limitation, job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
