Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Senior Marketing Manager
to lead Blackstone's marketing efforts, driving strategic revenue growth and brand excellence. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our brand presence, customer engagement, and revenue growth across both our e-commerce platform and physical locations.
Primary Responsibilities:
Create strategic marketing plans and spearhead implementation through data analysis.
Establish processes, set goals, and identify actions to obtain results.
Organize and motivate the in-house marketing team and our external marketing firm.
Contribute to the professional development and growth of the marketing team, support marketing initiatives and align with strategic objectives.
Have a passion for guests and a drive for measurable results.
Collaborate on strategic revenue growth through e-commerce and omni-channel marketing.
Ensure effective use and optimization of our CRM to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Oversee and consistently improve our website and e-commerce platform.
Strategize ways to manage and optimize digital marketing initiatives in a heavily censored and regulated industry.
Execute and manage the marketing plan and content calendar.
Develop a deep understanding of Blackstone's products and services and collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
Provide leadership and direction to the marketing team, ensuring accountability for performance and results.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will:
Have 4-6+ years of marketing experience, specifically driving results through lead generation and integrated marketing campaigns.
Have at least 2 years of leadership experience.
Be self-motivated and able to work without direction.
Make solid decisions based on data and analysis.
Demonstrate high attention to detail.
