Senior Marketing Producer

As a Senior Marketing Producer at Favor you'll oversee and coordinate all aspects of content production, experiential activations, digital production, and vendor management within the Marketing department. This position will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Integrated Marketing, Legal, Creative & Accounting - to ensure seamless production processes and successful partnership activations.
\n What You'll DoOversee the production of content, digital and experiential programs leveraging both internal and external resources, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.Strategize with Integrated Marketing on assets needed for campaigns - and their usage -  prior to shoots - to ensure contracts are documented accuratelyCoordinate with Legal to draft contracts specific to intended asset usage and ensure proper contracts are sent and received from talentOffer guidance to creative at every stage of the creative development process based on schedule, budget and overall feasibility while inspiring the creative team to achieve creative excellence across projects and campaigns!Work within the production budget, gather quotes, track spending, and write expense reports for all shootsPlan, schedule, and execute production activities including managing communications to all stakeholders before, during and after each shoot, communicating schedule changes and delegating roles as needed to keep production on schedule and on budget - partnering and dividing responsibilities with photography team as neededSource and manage freelance producers, models, stylists, location scouts, and video crews to create best-in-class content while maintaining brand standards - partnering and dividing responsibilities with Senior Photographer and third-party production vendors as neededEnsures compliance with photography usage rights by communicating licensing terms to Senior Photographer upon purchaseManage the execution of strategic partnerships for co-branded and sponsored experiential activationsPartner with Sr. Director Brand & Creative on the partnerships & sponsorships budget overseeing payment to vendors, partners, and agencies involved in campaign delivery and executionLead logistics for in-person events and experiential activations by securing necessary permits, coordinating event setups, and ensuring all regulatory requirements are metOversee the production and distribution of print materials and branded merchandise for customer campaigns, ensuring brand consistency, high-quality outputs and efficient inventory managementLead, mentor and motivate the Creative Operations Specialist by providing ongoing professional development in best practices, thought leadership and equipping them with the tools needed to continually optimize and successfully achieve their goalsOwn objective setting and performance monitoring inclusive of annual performance evaluation and providing training and mentoring on an ongoing basis Other duties and projects as assigned Skills You Have5+ years of agency, freelance, or in-house experience in content production, experiential production, digital production, vendor management and budget managementDemonstrated experience in sourcing, negotiating and managing third-party and partnership relationsSkilled in coordinating with legal teams to draft, review and secure contracts that meet brand standards and legal requirements, particularly for co-branded partnership and content usage rightsDemonstrated ability to clearly communicate project updates, roles, and expectations to cross-functional and external partnersProficiency in providing preliminary cost estimates based on informed assumptions, even in early stages of campaign development to ensure timely project advancementProduction experience managing and collaborating with other photographers, videographers, models, stylists, assistants, and art directorsProficiency in tracking, documenting and reporting on budget spending and expenses to ensure accountability and transparency for each campaign or activationStrong pre-production organization and scheduling skills Who You AreDetail-oriented and organized who thrives in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentCreative problem solver who can adapt to unexpected changes or challenges during production, offering creative solutions to keep projects on track and within budgetExcellent at fostering communication and building positive relationships with cross-functional teams, external partners and freelancersComfortable with ambiguity and moving projects forward under pressure and often without complete information Calm under pressure, thriving in deadline-driven situations to ensure smooth and timely project completionDeeply committed to delivering high-quality and on-brand experiences that align with Favor's values and resonate with customers and stakeholders!
