Lead internal and external meetings, representing our company with pride. Cultivate strong relationships with Owners, Vendors, and Suppliers. Develop and monitor project schedules, ensuring efficient resource allocation. Supervise and mentor a dedicated team of 2-15 professionals, fostering their growth and success. Tackle technical issues head-on, providing innovative solutions and clear briefings. Prepare high-quality documentation and deliverables, maintaining our commitment to excellence. Engage in resource planning and budget management, ensuring projects stay on track. Utilize cutting-edge 2D and 3D shipbuilding software to support production documentation. What We're Looking For: Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree with 5-10 years of relevant experience, or equivalent qualifications. 10 years of Marine Engineering experience. 5 years of supervisory experience, with a passion for developing talent. Proficient in advanced 2D and 3D CAD software. Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication skills and professionalism. Desired Qualifications: Proven technological expertise through specific work experience or publications. Familiarity with Six Sigma or LEAN methodologies is a plus.
