Sr. Media Specialist – Marketing

As a Sr. Media Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution and optimization of multi-channel paid media campaigns. You will focus on driving awareness, interest, and purchase intent through platforms such as social media, video, OOH (Out of Home), display, and audio. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with business objectives, and you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the continuous evolution of our media strategies. You will support the in-house Paid Media Team, and your role will be integral to trafficking creative assets, optimizing paid media, and supporting ongoing and future campaigns.
Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management:Support the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive business results.Focus on managing and optimizing paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.Asset Management:Traffick campaign assets and oversee asset refreshes across various media touchpoints.Provide detailed feedback on creative assets to ensure consistency with brand messaging and paid media strategy.Collaboration & Communication:Manage workstreams, processes, and timelines with agencies, vendors, and in-house teams to ensure successful campaign execution.Partner with creative teams to brief and develop assets for media campaigns.Collaborate with internal teams to develop insights and actions based on qualitative and quantitative data, driving continuous optimization.Strategic Ideation & Execution:Participate in ideation sessions for campaign development, providing input on media strategies and creative brief development.Stay updated on marketing and media trends, including competitive patterning, to inform strategy and media plans.Develop Points of View (POVs) in response to partner proposals and market insights. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.Experience:3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency or retail organization.Experience in paid media planning and execution is required, particularly within paid social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).Experience working with creative teams is a plus. Skills: Technical Skills: Proficiency in paid media planning and creative trafficking. Experience with competitive patterning and understanding media platforms.Soft Skills: Outstanding attention to detail, exceptional communication skills (verbal and written), a collaborative mindset, and a passion for paid media and content creation.Analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
