Swedish Medical Group is seeking a full-time OBGYN Physician with 0.50 FTE dedicated towards Medical Director responsibilities to join a highly compassionate Women's Health team in Seattle, Washington. This is a leadership role for an experienced OBGYN and leader where you will work closely with a variety of stakeholders to optimize the clinical care delivery system to efficiently deliver Women's healthcare and ensure the service line maintains clinical excellence, financial performance, growth, and recognition as a quality healthcare leader in Seattle and surrounding communities. In addition to clinical care, the Sr. Medical Director is responsible for providing leadership and development for the Women's Health OBGYN and GYN Specialty Medical Directors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to engage teams through collaborative problem solving and decision making. The position will work in a dyad structure with the Sr. Director of Operations and reports to the Chief Medical Officer and Executive Medical Director for the Women's Health and Pediatric Institute.

The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
