Based at their Boston site, we're now recruiting a (Senior) Medical Director in Oncology, to lead and oversee the medical strategy for the oncology therapeutic area. Reporting directly into the Chief Medical Officer, you will take the lead and oversee the clinical development and execution of early Phase I clinical programs, drawing on your years of medical oncology expertise.

Here are the MUST have qualifications: Medical Doctor (MD) degree is required and MD degree with specialization in oncology is a plus.Proven experience in clinical development in oncology area within the pharmaceutical industry.Excellent understanding of early clinical trial design, execution, and regulatory requirements.Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional clinical development teams.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex scientific information to both internal and external stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.If you're a Medical Doctor, with a solid track record of early phase oncology clinical development programs and are seeking a high-growth biotech leading the AI revolution, please get in touch with your updated resume!
