Position- Senior Operations and Reporting Analyst- IT
Location- Remote within United States
We're looking for an experienced Senior IT Operations and Reporting Analyst to join our IT Strategy and Planning team. Reporting to the Director of IT Business Operations, you will support reporting, project metrics, and IT budgets. You will in vendor management and special projects. You will support Tableau reports by analyzing data to pull important insights on the operational health of our organization and help build a data-driven understanding of our business. You will be responsible to:
Define, track, and present performance metrics for regular forecasting.
Create executive-level presentations, reports, and dashboards.
Manage vendor management, purchasing, and licensing.
Support additional Strategy & Planning projects.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

5 years experience in business operations, finance, and analytics.
BA/BS technical/business degree or related field or equivalent experience.
Expert level proficiency with GSuite tools.
Proficiency with business productivity tools including Asana, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and Salesforce.
