Assist with coordinating and directing operations necessary to carry out contractual responsibilities between SBM and customers including any and all necessary planning, supervision, budgeting, vendor and supply contact, customer relations and other high level managerial or supervisor responsibilities.
Responsibilities: Responsible for supporting overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the accountHelps to plan and develop work schedules to ensure contracted serviceInspect and evaluate physical condition of establishment for safety and qualityAudit and maintain inventory, supplies and equipmentMay be assigned responsibilities within site complianceInvestigate and promote improved equipment and methodsReview customer service requests to ensure quality and priorityAnalyze and facilitate budgets to identify areas of cost savings and improvementEnsure site meets continuously budgeted goalsAssist with the advancement of developing new markets, increasing market share and obtaining a competitive position in the industryCoordinate program specifications and requirements for potential proposals and contractsHelp prepare and maintain reports on all financial aspects of the business, including forecasting and trendsEnsure safety and regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal regulations such as, FLSA, OSHA, ADA, etc.Act as liaison between company, customers, clients, employees, and subcontractorsConduct meetings to maintain consistent, timely and effective communication within all levels of the business (customers, clients, and employees)May stand in for management when neededSome travel may be required for this positionQualifications: A.A.
