Southern Air, a prominent home service provider in the Gulf Coast Region, is expanding its marketing team. The Senior Paid Search Analyst is a pivotal role within the fast-paced Southern Air Digital Marketing Team, specializing in the management and optimization of paid advertising campaigns. Reporting to the Head of Digital, this position is critical for ensuring the effective deployment of ad budgets to achieve defined campaign goals and overall marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Campaign Management - Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms to meet defined performance metrics including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Display.
Manage ad placements, bid strategies, and budget allocation to ensure maximum ROI on ad spend
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives.
Team Supervision - Supervise SEO Specialist, ensuring the timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and the professional growth of team members
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with SEO, creative and technical teams to ensure the successful execution of campaign strategies
Industry Knowledge - Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising to continually enhance campaign performance
Participate in professional development opportunities to further enhance skills and contribute to the team's knowledge base
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid advertising
Proven expertise in managing paid campaigns on various digital advertising platforms
Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills and a data-driven mindset
Google Ads Certified
Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
Experience with PPC tools such as SEMRush or Ahrefs
Understanding of important landing page elements with proven track record of A/B testing and experiments
Knowledge of Google Local Services Ads a plus
Knowledge of AI to build/manage campaigns a plus
