Role Description/Duties: Provide full litigation support, from case preparation to trial assistance.
Conduct research, draft motions, and manage case documentation and filings.
Collaborate with attorneys to ensure streamlined case management and exceptional client service.
Qualifications: Minimum of 6-7 years of full litigation experience within the state of Florida.
Strong knowledge of Florida litigation processes and procedures.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
