Senior Patent Litigation Attorney / Counsel

My client is a growing, mid size, national firm that has been around for 25 years. They are currently looking for a Sr Patent Lit Attorney / Counsel
WHAT YOU WILL DO • Lead patent litigation cases, including trial work, across a range of complex technologies and
industries (technology, biotechnology, e-commerce, telecommunications, food, and biogenetics, included).
• Provide strategic counsel on trade secrets, trademarks, and copyright matters.
• Manage and develop IP prosecution strategies, with a focus on protecting client innovations.
• Represent clients in USPTO proceedings and other administrative forums.
• Cultivate client relationships and spearhead business development
initiatives to grow the IP practice.
REQUIREMENTS • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a top accredited law school and active admission to practice in
patent cases before the USPTO.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in patent litigation, trade secrets, and IP prosecution.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships and cultivating new business
