Clarify is looking for a thought leader and true collaborator to join our sales team. Clarify's Senior Payer Enterprise Account Directors support the acceleration and commercialization of our industry-changing SaaS solution for Payer customers. You will build your network to introduce Clarify's solutions. You will work closely with your prospects and clients while you educate and guide them on their healthcare analytics and informatics journey. You will have the opportunity to collaborate internally with our solutions team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies and hit key sales growth goals.  You will challenge the customer's thinking to quickly gain credibility, and build strong relationships internally and externally, moving opportunities through the sales motion.  You will be engaging in work that transforms healthcare and contributes to the mission of making healthcare better for millions. \n The RoleThe Senior Payer Enterprise Account Director will be responsible for a range of responsibilities, including (but not limited to):Drive end-to-end the business development and consultative sales motion to include prospecting, deal management and closing enterprise contractsBuild, cultivate and own strategic external relationships as a thought partner with senior management and director level prospects, ultimately leading to C-Suite relationships within prestigious Payer entitiesUnderstand competitive landscape and market trends to properly position Clarify and identify opportunities and win enterprise dealsManage effective communication of product value propositions with prospective customers with the ability to tell a strong story using data and communicating ROIPartner with subject matter experts in solutions and product in the sales process who will demonstrate how unmatched data quality can transform healthcareManage a buoyant pipeline of opportunities and deals as well as accurately communication on deal status, both internally and externally What we are looking forWe are always looking for new team members who will add to our culture and have a strong passion for impact.  In particular, the Senior Payer Enterprise Account Director will have:Proven track record of selling enterprise software while hitting or exceeding quota and delighting clients.Passion to introduce and drive solutions to help customers evolve and transform healthcare.Ability to develop a point of view and unique perspective along with the confidence to make recommendations and solutions-based hypothesis based on world class data and research.Penetrate new organizations/accounts with evangelistic passion and radiate new business within existing customer base in assigned portfolio.Natural leadership ability to partner with internal and client resources to manage complex deal cycles with a strong sense of urgency. Demonstrated ability to understand buying economics using financial acumen and business value.Understanding of buyer psychology and an ability to develop trust-based advisor relationships.Strong understanding of the US healthcare space. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of health system and payer operations, as well as value-based arrangements and financial impact to healthcare delivery.Outstanding presentation skills and elegant, engaging written communication style with a flair for both details and persuasion. Concise language and effective communication skills.
