About the role We are hiring for a Sr. People Systems Analyst to join our Talent (Recruiting) Operations team, supporting our recruiting systems, including CRM (Gem) and ATS (Greenhouse). In this role, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing these systems to enhance the recruitment process. You will collaborate with recruiting, HR, and IT teams to ensure the systems meet the needs of the business and function efficiently to support talent acquisition efforts. This role will report directly to the Director of Talent Operations.
In this role, you can expect to (responsibilities)
Manage and maintain recruiting systems, including CRM (Gem) and ATS (Greenhouse), ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the talent acquisition team. Act as the primary system administrator, troubleshooting system issues and ensuring data integrity across recruiting platforms. Collaborate with recruiting teams to optimize workflows, processes, and system configurations to improve efficiency. Provide ongoing training and support to recruiters and HR users on system functionality and best practices. Partner with IT and external vendors to manage system upgrades, integrations, and new feature implementations. Develop and maintain system reports and dashboards to provide visibility into recruiting metrics and KPIs. Conduct regular audits to ensure system compliance with internal policies and external regulations. To thrive in this role, you have (requirements)
A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in systems administration, preferably within recruiting or HR systems. Hands-on experience with recruiting systems such as CRM (Gem) and ATS (Greenhouse). Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues. Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, including recruiting, HR, and IT. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with system integrations and data management is a plus.
