WHAT YOU WILL DO Campaign performance / analysis: Ensure optimal performance for our customers' retargeting campaign by performing pre-launch / post-launch analysis. Conduct regular audits of accounts and continuous optimization of campaign performance and scale. Ensure best-in-class strategies are applied across our customer accounts, relying on custom analysis and historical best practices. Address requests submitted by the Account management team in a timely and high-quality manner. Support Account management team in building and presenting QBR decks to customers. Management of junior team members. Campaign management: Manage, review and perform daily account responsibilities (budget and performance monitoring). Launch of new campaigns. Work closely with Technical Solutions engineers and Product to resolve issues. ? WHO YOU ARE You will be a good fit to join the Campaign Management team at Adikteev if you have:

At least 5 years of relevant experience in AdTech and/or Gaming. At least 2 years of management experience. Very good command of MS Office (PPT, Excel) & Google Suite; SQL is a plus. A good command of English (C1); French, Russian, Chinese or Korean is a plus. Strong business and analytical skills, great attention to detail and independent problem solver. Strong process, organizational and time management skills. You work in a customer-oriented fashion. ? PERKS AND BENEFITS Competitive Salary. Performance-based Quarterly bonus with transparent KPIs.
