Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Senior Pipe Stress Engineer where you'll lead the charge in performing pipe stress analysis according to ASME B31.3 Code standards. Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring the structural integrity and reliability of piping systems, collaborating closely with layout and support engineers for optimal design outcomes. Performing pipe stress analysis of systems in accordance with ASME B31.3 Code. The stress work includes the modeling of the piping systems to verify piping flexibility, stability and qualification of equipment nozzle loads. Work closely with layout personnel and pipe support engineers to deliver a quality and cost-effective design. Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and vendors as required. Skills Required Good knowledge of ASME B31.3 and other relevant industry piping codes and standards Prior experience using pipe stress analysis programs PE Registration Prior experience using pipe stress analysis programs including ME101 and/or Bentley AutoPIPE Previous project experience Previous DOD/DOE project experience Education/Training/Certifications BS degree with 9 years of related experience Additional Requirements Must be able to complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical (if located at the construction site), and background check which includes verification of employment and education. Must be able to obtain a Department of Energy (DOE) badge for access to the Hanford Site. United States Citizenship Required Pay Rate/Salary Base Compensation: $93.16/hr (Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location.)
