Rapp & Krock, PC is a Galleria-area law firm seeking a highly skilled and driven Probate Litigation Attorney to join our team.
This role offers an opportunity to work within our litigation practice as well as with our reputable estate planning, administration, and probate attorneys to grow and further develop our probate litigation practice.
The position would include probate, guardianship, trust, and estate litigation predominately in Harris and surrounding Texas counties.
You will lead this practice area and work with the head of Litigation to develop this practice with the support of management and firm resources.
The ideal candidate will have at least fifteen (15) years of experience in probate litigation law, be well known with strong reputation in the probate litigation community, an ability to manage dockets and people, an existing referral network to supplement our estate planning attorneys' network, and a proven ability to generate work.

from an accredited law schoolMinimum of fifteen (15) years of experience as a licensed attorney handling probate litigation matters Qualifications: Admission to the Texas State Bar Strong negotiation, drafting, research and analytical skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a collaborative approach to client and team interactionsCompetence in developing effective strategies and identifying key legal issuesAbility to think creatively, use good judgment and decision-making, and operate with accuracy and integrityWorks well under pressure with flexibility to changing work priorities, workflow, and work assignmentsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple matters and prioritize tasks effectivelyEstablished technology-driven work ethicAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their objectives and providing tailored legal adviceMaintain a positive, respectful environment that embraces diverse perspectives and needs among clients, team members, and communityDemonstrated ability to generate work and projects for themselves and for others.Desire and experience in managing legal matters being conducted by other attorneys, including mentoring and managing younger attorneys Job Type: Full-time       Work Location: In person Rapp & Krock, PC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
