As a Senior Procurement Manager, you will create an end-end procurement framework by understanding the business need, budget allocation, conducting RFI/RFP process, selection of the right vendor, contract negotiation, contract execution and on-going vendor management.
What you'll do: Building strong relationships with internal and external partners.Lead complex, high visibility engagements across all global business functions and procurement spend categories to enable Procurement to deliver on savings and partnership commitments with scale and agility.Conduct deep dive analysis of spend and market data, benchmarking to identify key drivers and top opportunities, while creating an end-to-end procurement framework that encompasses understanding business needs, budget allocation, RFI/RFP processes, vendor selection, contract negotiation, execution, and onboarding, all aimed at delivering value to Ironclad.Establish procurement policies to support strategic and financial goals, ensuring the process is well-documented and transparent.Manage the procurement process, including soliciting bids, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.Identify opportunities to leverage purchasing power and negotiate favorable vendor contracts, payment terms and pricing.Establish a preferred suppliers program to ensure consistent access to services at the most competitive prices.Collaborate with senior leaders across the company to develop procurement strategies that support business objectives across spend categories, including Technology, Marketing, Professional Services, Facilities, HR, Legal, and Finance.Analyze procurement data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and establish cost saving targets.Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to procurement.Location: This is a hybrid role and will be office-based 1-2 days a week to enable close collaboration and teamwork! Candidates should be located within commuting distance of San Francisco, CA.Your qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business management, supply chain management, engineering, Finance or a related field.A minimum of 8+ years' experience in procurement related roles at high-tech companies.Track record of successful contract negotiations.Experience in procurement of technology and software subscriptions (SaaS) preferable.Thorough working knowledge of purchasing policies, processes and procedures.Expert in MS Excel, Google sheets, and leading procurement software.Self starter willing to wear multiple hats and drive end-end procurement management for the organization.Excellent verbal, written, reporting, and interpersonal skills.Ability to operate in a fast-moving, team-oriented, collaborative environment with tight deadlines.Strong presentation skills (both oral and content) for both internal and external audiences.Unwavering integrity.Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance.401k.Wellness reimbursement.Take what you need vacation policy.Generous parental leave for both primary and secondary caregivers.Base Salary Range: $175,000 - $195,000 The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate.
