Job Description: The Senior Producer, Digital Production, works closely and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, advising, coordinating, and delivering against project plans. This person is dedicated to digital content production for the Amplify Science business suite, and must possess the detailed knowledge of the content matter, pedagogy, our platform and authoring tools, and processes. The Senior Producer, Digital Production may occasionally be asked to work on projects or initiatives outside of their assigned business suite to help Digital Production meet their department-wide priorities or deliverables. Essential Responsibilities : Facilitate clear communication channels among cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment of vision and implementation Educate and train relevant stakeholders to ensure successful use of content and asset management tools Oversee the continued development and maintenance of projects Implement ongoing improvements to workflow and production pathways Collaborate with all stakeholders to define and manage goals, scope, specific deliverables, and scheduling needs Ensure efficient, cost-effective, and timely production of all project elements Facilitate aggressive timelines and proactively address bottlenecks Aggregate and distill input from all areas of the organization, developing the best approach for incorporating feedback into project executions Managing the production plan for multiple projects simultaneously, using relevant project management tools and strategies Manage a diverse team of contractors, assigning and prioritizing tasks as needed to deliver projects on time Minimum Qualifications: BA/BS or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience working in digital production, with a history of successfully delivering digital products Experience managing and leading diverse teams Experience with asset and content management systems Experience using project planning and tracking applications Experience collaborating with a team Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously Experience with full project lifecycles, from concept to delivery Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills; creativity and objective-oriented focus Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in education Experience in digital content strategy, production and development Experience working in agile software development Experience working with CSS, HTML or other coding and markup languages Experience using Desmos, Slack, Jira, Bynder, Smartsheets, Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Workspace What we offer: Salary is only one component of the Amplify Total Rewards package, which includes a 401(k) plan, competitive health insurance and mental health options, basic life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and access to best-in-class development programs. The gross annualized salary range for this role is $85,000 - $100,000. This role is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
