Your role is pivotal in ensuring that our roadmap works towards achieving our goals; that we are effectively prioritizing the tools and features we release, drawing upon Creator feedback as well as product research and insights to inform the team's decisions. We are looking for individuals who excel in organization, have exceptional communication abilities, and are comfortable managing schedules of complex projects. The ideal candidates are passionate about technology and games and have a history of working within technical environments.In this role, you willLead roadmap planning activities for your initiatives, including feedback collection, requirements gathering, initiative build-out, feature breakdown, estimations and resourcing in order to drive a solid roadmap that achieves defined strategic product goalsPartner with discipline leads to determine time and people necessary to see projects through to completion. Build and maintain project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and roadmaps considering dependencies across multiple development teams to ensure successful releasesProvide transparent communications on project status and risks to stakeholders to ensure they are properly informed of any impacts from upcoming releasesPartner with multiple leaders to understand and balance priorities, requirements and critical timelinesCollaborate with producers and other disciplines on the development teams needed to complete initiatives.
